Convert QuickBooks IIF, bank statement PDFs, and Word files online
ConvertIIF is a secure web service for accounting and document workflows: export QuickBooks IIF files to Quicken QIF or spreadsheet CSV, turn text-based bank PDFs into Excel, extract PDF text into editable Word (DOCX) or visual HTML (page images that preserve layout), and build a PDF from Word documents. Each tool has its own page (see below) for clearer help and sharing.
File hosting subscription ($6.99/month)
Subscribe to keep files online with stable share links. After you convert a PDF to HTML, you can publish the result as a public page anyone can open, or mark it private so only your account can view it. You can also upload HTML and other supported files from your dashboard, toggle visibility anytime, and manage billing through Stripe. Learn how HTML hosting works or open File hosting in your dashboard.
QuickBooks IIF → QIF or CSV
Move lists and transactions from IIF into Quicken-compatible QIF or GnuCash-friendly CSV.
PDF bank statement → Excel
Parses transaction-like lines from text-based PDFs into an XLSX worksheet.
PDF → Word (DOCX)
Puts extracted PDF text into a Word document. Best for selectable-text PDFs.
PDF → HTML
Page images in HTML preserve layout and pictures (larger files than plain text). Subscribers can host as a public or private link.
Excel → HTML (sample dashboard)
Browse a multi-page HTML report with overview, sales, expenses, and trends—like separate workbook sheets, each with its own URL.
Word → PDF
Builds a clean PDF from text in your .doc or .docx file.
Upload Your IIF File
What to expect: PDF and Word conversions work best when your file has selectable text (if you cannot highlight and copy text, run OCR or export again from the source app first). PDF → Word (DOCX) is plain text—layout, tables, and images are not carried over. PDF → HTML uses page images so layout and graphics match the PDF (larger files; text is part of the picture). QuickBooks IIF → QIF/CSV is separate and keeps structured IIF data when your file contains it.
Drag & drop your IIF file here, or click to select
Only .iif files are supported
Note: QIF only works with transaction data. For accounts, vendors, or customers, use CSV.
