File hosting & HTML share links
Conversions on ConvertIIF are usually one-time downloads. If you want a stable URL to open or share your output—especially HTML from our PDF → HTML tool—add our optional file hosting subscription ($6.99/month, billed in Stripe). Hosting is separate from per-conversion pricing: it keeps selected files online under your account.
What you get
- Public links — Each hosted item can use a
/share/…URL you can send to anyone; they do not need a ConvertIIF account. - Private links — Restrict the same page so only you, when signed in, can open it—useful for drafts or internal notes.
- From PDF → HTML — After a paid conversion completes, use "Publish to hosting" on the converter to copy your HTML to hosted storage and choose public or private visibility.
- Direct uploads — From the dashboard you can upload allowed file types (including .html) up to roughly 40 MB per file, within an account-wide cap of 75 hosted files.
- Billing & control — Subscribe, cancel, or update payment through Stripe from the File hosting tab on your dashboard; change a file’s visibility there when your subscription is active.
Good fit vs. not a fit
Hosting works well for sharing one HTML page built from our PDF → HTML tool: each page of the PDF becomes an image inside the HTML (so recipients see the same layout and graphics). Exports include at most 80 pages to keep file sizes reasonable. It is not a full web host, CDN, or collaboration suite—no custom domains or server-side code.
