QuickBooks IIF to QIF or CSV converter
Upload a QuickBooks Intuit Interchange Format (.iif) file and download QIF for Quicken or CSV for spreadsheets and GnuCash. Transaction exports convert to QIF when the data is transaction-based; lists such as accounts, vendors, or customers convert to CSV.

Upload Your IIF File
What to expect: PDF and Word conversions work best when your file has selectable text (if you cannot highlight and copy text, run OCR or export again from the source app first). PDF → Word (DOCX) is plain text—layout, tables, and images are not carried over. PDF → HTML uses page images so layout and graphics match the PDF (larger files; text is part of the picture). QuickBooks IIF → QIF/CSV is separate and keeps structured IIF data when your file contains it.
Drag & drop your IIF file here, or click to select
Only .iif files are supported
Note: QIF only works with transaction data. For accounts, vendors, or customers, use CSV.
